The location of the property is excellent, being really close to the train station. The hosts were also commendable in terms of communication and responsiveness. Additionally, the hot shower provided a refreshing start to the day. the property had great potential due to its convenient location and helpful hosts.
The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired, with sticky floors and dirty sheets. The lack of maintenance, such as missing batteries in the TV remote control, was also disappointing.

Great communication and easy to find. Assistance offered if needed. Great location, well heated, plenty of hot water. Nearby stations – Marylebone and Edgeware Road.

I stayed at Lower Ground Bell Street for a few nights while exploring the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the station. The property was clean and well-situated. Communication with Mohammed was excellent, and he was always quick to respond to our messages. We even had the option to store our bags after check-out. The apartment was cozy and had a great hot shower. a fantastic experience with Database pros.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to multiple train stations. Plenty of hot water for showers. Excellent communication and helpful staff.
Dirty and poorly maintained room. Inadequate sleeping arrangements for the advertised number of guests.
